Shipment Information

Railcar Condition

Interior: Checks for debris, contaminants, and leftover strapping.
Floor: Identifies issues like holes, protruding nails, raised welds, and missing caulk.
Roof: Inspects for leaks, rust, holes, and seam damage.
Walls: Checks for bowing, metal protrusions, paint flaking, and structural integrity.
Doors: Verifies watertight seals, latch functionality, and gasket condition.

Load Condition

Air Bag Condition: Marks airbags as Good, Deflated, or Burst.
2/3 Coverage: Verifies whether the airbag covers the correct area.
Orientation: Captures the load’s position — Horizontal or Vertical.
Air Bag Gap: Inputs exact measurement of any spacing.
Doorpost Rolls in Position: Confirms correct roll placement.
Load on Centerline: Validates the alignment of the load.
Incomplete Layer in Good Shape: Checks if partial loads are stable and secure.
